Dance & Sports teacher

Key ResponsibilitiesDance

• Teach various dance forms (Contemporary, Western, Folk, Freestyle, etc.) suitable for children from Kindergarten to Grade 5.
• Prepare students for annual functions, cultural events, and inter-school performances.
• Choreograph age-appropriate routines and integrate dance into school celebrations and assemblies.

Sports & Physical Education

• Conduct daily physical training sessions and organize sports activities for different age groups.
• Teach basic skills in games, athletics, yoga, and fitness exercises.
• Plan and execute Sports Day events and other physical education programs.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and healthy competition among students.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain records of students’ participation and performance.
• Ensure safety and proper supervision during physical activities.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate movement and physical activity into classroom learning.
• Encourage students to adopt an active lifestyle and positive attitude toward fitness and well-being.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education / Performing Arts / Dance or related field.
• Experience in both dance training and sports coaching at school level preferred.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passionate, energetic, and creative in engaging young learners.
• Ability to choreograph and plan engaging activities and programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
