Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Dance Teacher based in Rajouri Garden , New Delhi. The Dance Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging dance lessons to students, fostering their skills in various dance ( Indian & Western) forms. Daily tasks include creating lesson plans, teaching choreography, conducting dance workshops or practice sessions, and providing individualized feedback to students. Additionally, the role involves organizing and preparing students for performances, events, or competitions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Western Dance and various dance styles
• Experience in Dance Instruction and Dance Education
• Strong Teaching and mentoring skills
• Understanding and appreciation for Music as it relates to dance
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students
• Ability to plan and manage time effectively, especially in preparing for events or performances
• Formal training or certification in dance and teaching is highly desirable
• Previous experience as a dance teacher or performance artist is advantageous
