Dance Teacher

Looking for self-propelled positive professional dancer to work with Prek students in schools to run 1-2 hour group classes in the after school space. Dance styles for little ones could include a wide variety of dances that may include: ballet, modern, cheer, hip hop etc. Ideal candidates should meet most to all of the requirements below:

Background checks (will be fully reimbursed)

Available for teaching hip-hop dance classes for 1.5 hours minimum generally in afternoons. $55/hr.

Days: M-F

Location: Far Northwest Side.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a BA

One year of teaching experience

Enjoy working with kids

Ideal candidates should be a problem solver, quick learner, and be able to take initiative

Responsibilities

• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth.
