Dance Teacher - Full time

Position: Full-Time - Dance Teacher
Specializations: (Western, and Folk Dance,Bharatanatyam)

Education : Bachler of Fine Arts (B.F.A) or Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A) - only can apply

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Bharatanatyam, as well as Western and Folk dance styles, and a strong ability to teach students from beginner to advanced levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct students in Bharatanatyam, Western, and Folk dance forms using a variety of effective teaching methodologies.
• Design comprehensive dance curriculums and prepare structured lesson plans.
• Choreograph engaging dance routines and select appropriate music for performances, recitals, and events.
• Deliver both group and private dance lessons as needed.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Inspire, encourage, and support students in achieving their dance goals.
• Maintain a positive, creative, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow instructors, staff, and students from diverse backgrounds.
• Stay updated with trends and developments in dance education and integrate innovative techniques into the curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in teaching Bharatanatyam, Western, and Folk dance styles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classes of various age groups and skill levels.
• Creative, energetic, and student-focused approach to teaching.
