Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Danish-speaking spokesperson to represent our innovative furniture brand startup. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers, delivering exceptional customer service while promoting our stylish and functional furniture collections. Responsibilities
- Engage with Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and assist with purchases.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make confident buying decisions.
- Upsell complementary furniture pieces and accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a friendly, professional phone etiquette that reflects our brand’s energetic and welcoming personality.
- Assist in merchandising efforts by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store environment is inviting and well-presented.
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and cashiering duties accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Support retail sales efforts by promoting new products, managing stock levels, and ensuring optimal product placement.
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably within a grocery store or similar environment.
- Supervising experience or leadership qualities are a plus; able to guide team members when needed.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math calculations.
- Strong phone etiquette skills combined with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions professionally.
- Experience with merchandising, stocking, product demos, and upselling techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
