DAS Engineer

We are currently looking for a DAS Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing DAS solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will engage with project managers, sales teams, and field engineers to ensure successful project execution from design to installation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and engineer DAS solutions based on client specifications and industry best practices.
• Conduct site surveys and RF analysis to inform DAS design and provide optimal coverage.
• Produce detailed design documentation, including drawings, equipment specifications, and installation procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Assist installation teams with technical support during the deployment phase.
• Participate in testing and optimization of deployed systems to guarantee performance standards are met.
• Stay informed about industry trends, advancements, and regulatory requirements related to DAS.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in DAS design or related telecommunications engineering.
• Familiarity with DAS technologies, RF principles, and cellular network architectures.
• Proficiency in design software/tools such as iBwave, Atoll, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of antenna systems, RF propagation modeling, and related calculations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
