Job Description
Under the general guidance of the Program Director, the Data Administrative Assistant is responsible for the administrative functions of the AQCRT program. The Administrative Assistant will coordinate the following:
  • Assist Program Director in monitoring program objective targets, completion of monthly reports and summaries (productivity reports, compliance requirements, etc.)
  • Maintain data, generate, and format reports and other documents using full range of computer software skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database management.
  • May assume responsibility for special projects related to the Agency, Division, and Program functions.
  • Maintain office operations and procedures.
  • Assist in setting up and scheduling training courses, as necessary.
  • Prepares ROE’s, payment of invoices, reimbursement, etc.
  • Attends meetings/training related to administrative and quality assurance matters and disseminates information to staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school graduate (or GED), associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an assistant/supportive role.
  • Working knowledge of a variety of computer software (i.e., Microsoft word, excel, access, PowerPoint, and Adobe).
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and follow through.
  • Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures, including records management.
  • Effective communication in oral and written forms.
  • Familiar with techniques for dealing with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds in person and over the telephone.
  • Valid California Driver’s License, insurance, and ability to travel as required to perform duties (preferred).
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Additional Information:
Reports to: Program Director
Job Type: Part-time
Work Schedule: Onsite
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $32 - $35 per hour (DOE)
