Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical program (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, MIS) from a reputable university
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI-related projects
• Strong knowledge of Python for data engineering, AI/ML development, and SQL
• Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation)
• Basic understanding of AI/ML pipelines , including data preparation, training, inference, and monitoring
• Assertive, fast learner, highly organized, and curious about emerging AI and data technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of modern, cloud-based data and AI pipeline best practices
• Experience with large-scale data warehousing , data lake/lakehouse architectures, and data modeling
• Exposure to ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost)
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts such as experiment tracking, model versioning, and CI/CD for ML
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Apache Airflow or Argo Workflow
• Experience with one or more cloud environments ( AWS / Azure / GCP ), including managed AI services
• Experience with LLM or Generative AI concepts (prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG architectures)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and internal consultants on data, analytics, and AI projects
• Design and build scalable data and AI pipelines across Cloud and On-Prem environments
• Support the development and deployment of AI/ML models by ensuring high-quality, well-governed data inputs
• Assist in the implementation of MLOps practices , including model deployment, monitoring, and performance tracking
• Research emerging AI, Generative AI, and data engineering technologies to continuously improve existing platforms and solutions
