Data Analysis- Executive

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in data warehouse analysis, data modeling, and ETL development processes,
• Prepare management-level reports,
• Provide support to business units for their reporting needs,
• Implement and follow up on data development requests,
• Carry out data warehouse development and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Statistics,
• Proven experience in data analysis or data warehouse departments within insurance companies,
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience,
• Strong analytical mindset and advanced problem-solving abilities,
• In-depth knowledge of data warehousing concepts and hands-on experience in data modeling methodologies,
• Proficient in English at an advanced level,
• Strong command of MS Office applications,
• Experienced in VBA applications (Excel macros),
• Demonstrated expertise in business intelligence, data management, ETL, and reporting, along with team management experience,
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
