Responsibilities

- Collect, organise, and interpret complex data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and valuable insights.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Create clear and compelling reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to communicate findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with consulting and development teams to understand client needs and support the delivery of tailored IT solutions.
- Present analytical findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy by performing rigorous quality assurance checks and data cleansing activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data analysis practices and tools.

Qualifications

- Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and practical experience with database management.
- Demonstrable skills with data visualisation tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical abilities with a talent for collecting, organising, and disseminating significant amounts of information with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- A solid understanding of statistical packages (e.g., Python, R, Excel) for analysing datasets.
- A degree in a relevant field like Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Information Management is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
