We are looking for Data Analyst;
Main Responsibilities:
-
Build and maintain robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to ensure data from various game development studios, user acquisition channels, and app stores is accurately captured, processed, and stored.;

Collaborate with game product managers, marketing teams, and user acquisition teams to analyze data related to player behavior, game performance, and monetization strategies;
-
Set up and manage dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) like DAU (Daily Active Users), retention rates, ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), and in-game purchases.;

Support game teams in running A/B tests to optimize gameplay mechanics, user experience, or monetization models, ensuring results are properly evaluated and documented;

Work closely with data scientists to develop machine learning models, such as churn prediction or lifetime value (LTV) forecasting, and make them actionable for the product teams;

Maintain and optimize the company’s data infrastructure using platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, or custom-built analytics tools, ensuring data reliability and scalability.

Troubleshoot any data issues related to tracking and reporting.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Write complex data flows in SQL;

Design and implement reports in

Ability to work with and validate complex data sets from various sources;

Experience working with large databases;

A technical understanding of data modeling, design, and techniques to take business requirements from concept to implementation;

Hands-on experience automating data flows and end reporting to a variety of end-users;
