About the Role

• Build, maintain, and optimize databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Design dashboards and generate reports for business stakeholders.
• Apply statistical methods and visualization tools to communicate findings in a clear, actionable manner.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and improved data collection methods.
• Stay updated with industry best practices in data analytics and reporting.
• Provide guidance and support to teams on data tools and analytics practices.

Skills & Qualification

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Knowledge of statistical methods and database management systems.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving to derive actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills to explain data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
• Hands-on experience in database management and working with structured/unstructured data.
