In this role, you will closely work with GBS program team, other functions like HR, Procurement, Finance, ETX and any other critical function involved in the data representations.
Below Are Some Key Responsibilities

Perform routine updates and quality checks on existing dashboards to ensure data accuracy and performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data refreshes, broken visuals, or user-reported errors.

Assist in monitoring and maintaining data pipelines and workflows to ensure consistency and reliability.

Support documentation and adherence to data governance standards, such as naming conventions and version control.

Collaborate with data owners to resolve quality issues and improve upstream data integrity.

Respond to ad hoc data requests and generate reports using standardized templates and tools.

Gradually take ownership of specific data processes and reporting domains.

Contribute to dashboard enhancements and new reporting initiatives as the team’s inventory expands
The Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, business analysis, or related field.

Overall IT experience of 3-5 years
-
Min 2 years of relevant experience in business intelligence tools like Tableau Or MicroStrategy or PowerBI

Proficient in data analysis software and tools such as Excel, SQL, SAS, Python, or R to analyze business data and provide insights.

Excellent verbal, written, and data communication skills.

Experienced in critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Able to troubleshoot problem areas and identify data gaps and issues.

Ability to synthesize data from disparate sources.

Ability to adapt to fast changing environment. Comfortable asking questions and escalating issues/concerns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data with attention to detail and accuracy.
