Data Analyst

Willdan Lighting and Electric (WLE), a subsidiary of Willdan, is seeking a Data Analyst to work on our energy efficiency programs in New York. The Data Analyst will develop and support program tools/automations as well as database efforts. Duties will include working under the direction of our Data Manager on special projects and on maintaining existing projects in a sales/service organization. The selected candidate will be a key member of the WLE energy efficiency execution team and will be responsible for staff performance and program accomplishments in assigned sectors. They will be contributors to the refinement of program strategies and innovations with management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and develop tables, views, stored procedures, indexes, functions, dictionaries, and complex ad- hoc queries for SQL Server databases.
• Design and develop user interfaces using AngularJS best practices.
• Work with client and management team to prioritize business and reporting/data needs.
• Translate client requested features into technical requirements.
• Exercise critical thinking to identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through automation.
• Communicate/coordinate with team to ensure proper implementation of company standards and procedures.
