Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to transform raw data into valuable business insights.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing and sales data to drive strategic decision-making across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from diverse sources to uncover actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain intuitive dashboards to monitor key business and campaign metrics.
  • Identify trends and patterns in data to optimize marketing strategies and business processes.
  • Analyze marketing data across platforms such as Meta, Google, and Amazon to evaluate performance and ROI.
  • Interpret ad performance, user behavior, and campaign metrics to guide strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to provide data-backed recommendations.
  • Generate regular reports for stakeholders and leadership to support business planning and decision-making.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, ad dashboards (Meta, Google Ads, Amazon), Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and sales funnels, attribution modeling, and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience in customer segmentation, journey analysis, and e-commerce behavior data is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Big Plus:

1)Experience in Marketing or Sales Analytics.

2)Knowledge of CRM Systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Etc)

3)Background in customer segmentation and journey analysis.

4)Experience in attribution modelling and campaign optimization.

5)Understanding of sales funnel metrics and conversation analysis.

6) Familiarity with e-commerce data and customer behavior analysis.
