Data Analyst

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Qualification: Min Graduate

Timing: 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM (Mon to Sat)

Skills and Requirements:

• Fluent English speaking is mandatory
• Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet programs like MS Excel.
• Ability to gather, view, and analyses data.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
• Translate business questions into data analysis and communicate findings clearly.
• Perform A/B testing and other statistical analyses to inform product or marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests from different departments (e.g., marketing, product, finance).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
