Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor mainframes, servers, and other computer systems.
• Perform scheduled data backups and maintain logs of system activity & Data Analyst.
• Identify and report system malfunctions or errors; troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
• Prepare and manage batch processing jobs and input data.
• Ensure printers, scanners, and peripheral equipment function properly.
• Maintain records of equipment usage, maintenance, and issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve advanced issues.
• Maintain system security by following company protocols.
• Assist in updating software and applying patches.
• Support staff with basic IT and computing tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
