Data Collection & Management

  • Gather and clean data from internal systems (CRM, ERP, finance, sales) and external sources (market reports, DLD, RERA).
  • Maintain databases related to property listings, project timelines, customer profiles, and financial metrics.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to support pricing strategies and inventory planning.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Excel for higher management.
  • Conduct ROI and feasibility analysis for new developments and land acquisitions

Business Intelligence

  • Identify patterns and correlations in data to support strategic decisions (e.g., location performance, lead conversion rates).
  • Monitor KPIs across departments and flag anomalies or opportunities for improvement.

Real Estate-Specific Insights

  • Track project progress and cost variances using construction and finance data.
  • Analyze rental yields, capital appreciation, and competitor benchmarks.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and PMO to understand data needs.
  • Support internal audit and compliance teams with data validation and documentation.
