Job Title: Data Analyst

Role Overview: We are looking for a Data Analyst who can work on large datasets, build scalable solutions, and generate actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SQL and advanced Python, excellent problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. Write optimized and complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. Utilize advanced Python skills to build automation scripts, data pipelines, and analytical models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and provide data-driven solutions. Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly and effectively. Perform root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations for process and performance improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, joins, window functions, optimization). Strong expertise in advanced Python (pandas, NumPy, data processing, automation, scripting). Proven problem-solving, analytical thinking, and logical reasoning abilities. Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical concepts. Decent communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders. Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus. Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is an added advantage.
