Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in the automotive spare parts sector. This role is key to driving data-informed decisions that improve inventory management, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency across our spare parts business. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a practical understanding of spare parts operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze spare parts data (sales, inventory, procurement, etc.) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Build and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Collaborate with sales, service, and procurement teams to optimize stock levels, enhance parts availability, and reduce excess inventory.

Conduct competitor and market analysis to support pricing decisions and product performance evaluations.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve forecasting, supply chain efficiency, and cost control.

Support system improvements and data accuracy across ERP platforms and parts catalog systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.

Proficient in Excel and SQL, with strong command of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Experience with ERP systems and understanding of spare parts catalogues is a plus.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively in cross-functional teams.
