Data Analyst

Role & responsibilities:

• Identify and gather data from various sources, clean it to ensure accuracy and consistency, and set up and maintain databases.
• Use statistical tools and methods to analyze datasets and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Generate reports and create data visualizations (dashboards) to present findings in a clear and understandable way for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present key metrics and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Use data to answer specific business questions, solve problems, and recommend improvements to business operations.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field with 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in tools like SQL, along with data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends and patterns.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex findings clearly to different stakeholders.
• Understanding of how data analysis can support business objectives, drive strategy, and improve performance.
