Position: Data Analyst

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain data related to client operations and delivery performance.
• Review and verify client invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and manage riders’ payout and performance summary reports on a regular basis.
• Generate and present data insights and analytical reports to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
  
  

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards).
• Basic knowledge of coding/scripting (Python or similar) for automation or process improvement.
• Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data validation.
• Good communication and presentation abilities to explain findings clearly.
• Ability to handle multiple datasets and meet reporting deadlines.
  
  

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working with client or operational data is preferred.
