Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in our ongoing migration to a new enterprise ERP system. This role is central to transforming complex data into actionable insights that inform business decisions across multiple departments. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and excellent communication skills — someone who can not only analyze data, but also turn it into a compelling story that drives strategic decisions.

Beyond analytics, this role acts as a catalyst for data democratization — empowering business users to explore and use data themselves through training, facilitation, and leadership in self-service analytics forums.

• Translate business challenges into analytical problems and develop data-driven solutions.

• Identify, clean, and leverage data from various sources to support ERP migration activities and business objectives.

• Build insightful analyses and compelling data stories that clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and data forums that promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the increased use of data in decision-making.

• Lead initiatives that enhance data literacy and self-service analytics capabilities among business users.

• Partner with business and technical teams to ensure data quality, accessibility, and alignment with organizational priorities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in Python and SQL.

• Ability to connect technical findings with business context and translate complex data into clear insights.

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills — confident leading discussions and forums with diverse business stakeholders.

• Experience working in large-scale ERP migration or enterprise data transformation initiatives is a strong plus.
