Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience in Tableau, SQL, and Data bricks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and enhancing interactive dashboards and data models that deliver actionable insights. This role requires a keen analytical mindset and a passion for turning complex data into visually compelling stories.

Key Responsibilities:
● Design and develop Tableau dashboards and visual analytics solutions.
● Enhance existing Tableau reports to improve usability, optimize performance, and ensure consistency with established design standards.
● Build and refine data models within Databricks to support Tableau reporting needs.
● Write and optimize complex SQL queries and validate data accuracy.
● Document processes and data flows to support long-term maintenance and scalability.

Required Qualifications:
● Minimum 2 years of experience developing interactive Tableau dashboards with advanced calculations, parameters, and visualization best practices.
● Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data transformation, and performance tuning.
● Hands-on experience with Databricks.
● Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
● Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
