Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, generate, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Create dynamic and interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel for real-time project tracking.
• Consolidate data from various sources (Oracle HCM, project management software, Excel sheets from sites) into a unified reporting format.
• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of all management reports.
• Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot system issues, manage user access, and implement system upgrades.
• Train end-users (project managers, site engineers, store managers) on effective use of MIS tools and ERP modules.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement (e.g., cost overruns, schedule delays, resource allocation inefficiencies).
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis as requested by senior management to support strategic initiatives and bid proposals.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and present them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify gaps in current data collection and reporting processes and recommend solutions to automate and streamline them.
• Work with department heads to define their MIS needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
• Standardize reporting formats and data definitions across projects to ensure consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) as an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, Charts, Power Query).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (ORACLE HCM).
