Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Panchkula, IT Park
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed Night Shift 5:30pm to 2:30AM)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience to manage and maintain company databases, generate insights from data, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent command of advanced Excel, and a solid understanding of database structures and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security of data
• Clean, organize, and validate data to support reporting and analytics needs
• Use advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, etc.) to analyze large data sets and generate meaningful insights
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for business teams and management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver customized solutions
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis
• Ensure data quality and compliance with data governance policies
• Assist in automating reports and dashboards to improve efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
