Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to help drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly skilled in Excel, and experienced in working with CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from CRM and other business systems.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs and business performance.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and documentation.
• Collaborate with teams across departments to support data-driven initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science , or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data analysis).
• CRM experience (required) .
• Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
