Data Analyst

Complete end-to-end ownership of visualization/dash boarding for operations.

Own dashboards at the team level.

Knowledge of payroll, taxation, salary management, Tds, etc.

Prepare quarterly/monthly reports.

Metrics analysis, dashboard creation, and any ad-hoc data analysis.

Coordinate between Operations, Policy, Training, and Quality functions
