Role Overview:
We are a growing craft brewery with multiple locations in the Southeast, dedicated to producing exceptional beer and creating memorable customer experiences. As we expand, data-driven decision-making is more critical than ever. We’re seeking a Data Analyst to transform numbers into actionable insights that will inform strategy, optimize operations, and support our teams across production, sales, and hospitality.
The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from across New Realm’s conglomerate – including production, distribution, taproom sales, retail accounts, and financial performance. This role will deliver actionable insights that help improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in data visualization, and passionate about applying analytics in a dynamic, fast-paced craft beer environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, POS systems, brewery management software, distributor reports, and financial records).
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across brewing, packaging, sales, marketing, finance, and restaurant operations.
  • Provide insights on sales trends, production efficiency, and inventory management to support decision-making.
  • Partner with operations, finance, sales, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and growth.
  • Forecast demand and model production needs based on seasonal trends and historical sales data.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality checks and best practices.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership in clear, concise reports and visualizations.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests from leadership and department managers.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role; experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience with SQL and database management.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for craft beer and an interest in brewery operations is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required.

  • Self-starter – the ability to maintain workload independently without micromanagement
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a production environment with heat, cold, humidity, and noise exposure.
  • Primarily an office based position with the potential of some travel to other locations
