About the Role:

Food Mohalla is looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our nationwide franchise operations. The role involves analyzing sales data, outlet performance, inventory reports, and operational metrics to help management take informed decisions. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with large datasets and preparing accurate MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and manage daily sales and outlet performance data
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management
• Analyze trends in sales, footfall, inventory, and operational KPIs
• Support franchise team with data insights for decision-making
• Create dashboards and visual reports for store performance
• Monitor outlet-level discrepancies and highlight issues
• Coordinate with Operations, HR & Marketing teams for data requirements
• Maintain accurate and organized data records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Advanced formulas)
• Experience in Google Sheets / BI tools (preferred)
• Understanding of food & beverage/QSR data workflows (bonus)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to interpret large datasets
• Graduate in Data Analytics, Commerce, Statistics, or similar field
• 1–2 years of experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
