Data Analyst

We are looking for someone who meets most of the following criteria:

Background / Experience

● Experience in fraud prevention, trust & safety, or risk operations at a tech/fintech company; OR

● Experience as a data analyst, data science associate, or any role involving quantitative analysis.

● Some familiarity with online fraud, abuse patterns, or adversarial behavior.

Analytical Skills

● Ability to examine large datasets (CSV, logs, transactions) and identify patterns, correlations, or anomalies.

● Comfortable performing data slicing, pivot analysis, and trend-based investigations.

● Strong pattern-recognition skills that translate raw data into clear insights.

Operational Skills

● Ability to convert findings into concrete recommendations, such as:

○ new risk rules,

○ threshold tuning,

○ new checks or signals to capture.

● Comfortable collaborating with client's internal team to refine ideas.

Soft Skills

● Clear written communication (short reports, weekly insights, pattern summaries).

● Curiosity, independence, and willingness to explore data without constant direction.

● Good ownership mindset and follow-through.

Working days: Monday to Sunday(5 days in a week)

Work timings: 9 hours according to the shift (between 7am to 10pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
