Data Analyst

Shawad Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI to support property management, investment analysis, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze property management data, investment data, project data, financial data/reports, market trends, leads, listings, and overall performance metrics.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for management insights and investment decision-making.
• Track KPIs such as occupancy, rental income, ROI, sales, revenue, and asset performance.

Prepare weekly and monthly analytical reports for property, project, and investment portfolios.

Requirements

• Power BI experience is mandatory (DAX, data modeling, dashboard development).
• Strong skills in Excel and overall data analysis.
• Understanding of real estate investments, project metrics, and financial reports is an advantage.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
