Data Analyst

Position: Data Analyst – Corporate Division
Industry: Healthcare (Experience Mandatory)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in healthcare operations, diagnostics, or hospital data management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing operational, financial, and clinical data to support strategic decision-making at the corporate level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial data
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, and performance reports for management
• Work closely with operations, finance, HR, and clinical departments
• Identify trends, variances, and insights to support business decisions
• Ensure accuracy of data from all branches and departments
• Support automation and process-improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Minimum 1–3 years of healthcare industry experience
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data analysis tools
• Experience in MIS reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Knowledge of diagnostic/hospital workflow preferred
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
