Data Analyst

About the Role:

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, sales, warehouse, procurement).
Develop automated reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Identify trends, variances, and operational gaps using data insights.
Support demand planning, inventory analysis, and supply chain reporting.
Maintain data accuracy and ensure integrity across all systems.
Assist departments with ad-hoc data requirements and analytical support.
Recommend process improvements based on data findings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in data analysis (retail industry preferred).
Strong command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI/Tableau.
Hands-on experience with ERP data extraction and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
