Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our business operations by collecting, interpreting, and presenting data insights. The ideal candidate should be strong in Excel, reporting, and data management, with the ability to turn raw data into meaningful business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, organize, and validate data from internal sources

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS & performance reports

Analyze trends, KPIs, and operational data

Create dashboards, charts, and data visualizations

Support HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams with data insights

Present findings in clear and easy-to-understand formats

Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper data records

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong command of MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)

Knowledge of Google Sheets / BI tools (preferred)

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Ability to work with large datasets

Graduate in Data Science, Statistics, Commerce, or related field (preferred, not compulsory)

1–2 years of experience in data analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
