About the Role
We are seeking an analytical and proactive
Data Analyst
specializing in
Tableau
to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The successful candidate will drive data-informed decision-making by transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights through compelling dashboards and reports. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, ensure data quality, and deliver visual analytics that support strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimise interactive dashboards and reports using
Tableau
to support key business functions and leadership decisions.

Gather and analyse data from various internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.

Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Automate data refreshes and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings to business partners in a clear, concise manner.

Ensure documentation of dashboards, data sources, and logic for governance and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
.

3+ years of experience
in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.

Proven expertise in
Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep
(or equivalent BI tools).

Strong knowledge of
SQL
and ability to query and manipulate data from relational databases.

Proficiency with
Excel
(advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).

Experience with data validation, transformation, and quality assurance best practices.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with
Python, R, or other analytical languages

data warehousing, ETL processes, or data governance frameworks
