About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in transforming customer data into actionable insights that drive our CRM and marketing strategies. You will work on critical analytical processes that support business decision-making across multiple departments, including:

We are looking for a
CRM Data Analyst
who is passionate about understanding customer behavior, improving data-driven decision-making, and delivering high-impact analytical solutions.
Responsibilities

Execute processes related to customer data
deduplication, enrichment, and segmentation

Develop and regularly update
statistical models
to support CRM and marketing activities

Analyze customer behaviors to identify
product, brand, and category trends
, evaluate
churn potential
, and calculate
customer lifetime value (LTV)

Interpret analytical and model findings, providing clear
insights
to business units

Collaborate closely with
Marketing, CRM, IT teams
, and third-party partners to drive project success

Create and maintain
reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
to support decision-making

Perform both
regular and ad-hoc analyses
, automating reporting through
Power BI
or similar BI tools

Work jointly with IT teams to ensure
data quality, accuracy, and integrity
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering
, or a related field

Minimum
1 year of experience
in
CRM, data analytics, or marketing analytics

Proficiency in
SQL

Familiarity with
Power BI, Tableau
, or similar BI tools

Understanding of
data modeling, segmentation techniques
