Data Analyst

Job Title: Data Analyst – Healthcare / Hospital Industry

Experience: Minimum 3 years (Hospital experience mandatory)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong exposure to the hospital healthcare environment . The role involves extracting data from Hospital Electronic Medical Records (EMR/HIS) and converting it into meaningful dashboards, MIS reports, and insights to support clinical, operational, and management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, clean, and analyze data from HIS / EMR / Hospital Electronic Records
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI
• Develop operational, clinical, financial, and quality MIS reports
• Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Support departments with data-driven insights for decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and standardization
• Work closely with clinical, IT, and management teams

Skills & Tools:

• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL / Excel / Data Modeling
• Exposure to Big Data analysis in healthcare (preferred)
• Understanding of hospital workflows, KPIs, and metrics

Eligibility:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitals (mandatory)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination
