Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Data Analyst to join our Mumbai team on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to child development assessments, therapy progress, intervention outcomes, operational performance, and program effectiveness. Your insights will directly support clinical decision-making, improve service quality, track developmental milestones, and help demonstrate impact to families, stakeholders, and funding partners.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate data from clinical records, therapy session logs, assessment tools, parent feedback, and centre management systems.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends in child development progress, therapy efficacy, common challenges, and success patterns across age groups and conditions.
Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and visual reports (using Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to present insights to clinicians, therapists, centre heads, and management.
Conduct statistical analysis on therapy outcomes, progress metrics, longitudinal development data, and benchmark against industry standards or internal goals.
Support quality improvement initiatives by identifying areas for intervention enhancement, resource optimization, and early detection of developmental delays through data patterns.
Prepare clear, impactful reports and presentations for internal reviews, parent consultations, research collaborations, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications And Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree in Health Informatics, Biostatistics, or Data Analytics preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare, child development, education, or social services sectors. Experience with patient/outcome data is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn) or R for advanced analysis is an added advantage.
Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
Familiarity with healthcare/developmental data tools, Excel advanced functions, and basic statistical modeling (regression, correlation, trend analysis).
