Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CRM Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex customer data to inform business decisions, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
2. CRM Data Management: Manage and maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Data Visualization: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
4. Statistical Modeling: Develop and apply statistical models to predict customer behavior and identify opportunities for growth.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to drive business outcomes.
6. Data Quality: Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
7. insight Generation: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 6 month of experience as a CRM Data Analyst or similar role.
2. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and data visualization techniques.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

1. Certifications: Certification in CRM systems or data analysis (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).
2. Programming Skills: Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
