The Hats You Will Wear

• Write, optimize, and execute complex SQL queries to retrieve, transform, and deliver custom datasets to partner banks.
• Work with internal teams to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical SQL solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness before delivery.
• Handle ad-hoc and scheduled data requests from multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor and troubleshoot query performance issues; recommend optimizations.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to enhance query execution and data pipeline efficiency.
• Maintain a clear documentation repository of queries and data delivery processes.
• Ensure all data handling complies with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, RBI guidelines).
  
  

The Perfect Fit

• 3+ years of hands-on SQL experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
• Strong background in data extraction, transformation, and delivery for large datasets.
• Experience working with financial data or in the banking/fintech domain is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in query optimization and troubleshooting performance issues.
• Understanding of data privacy & compliance frameworks in financial services.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  
  

Your Edge Over The Rest

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Familiarity with ETL processes and scripting languages (Python, Shell).
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, GCP BigQuery).

Gaurav Mittal - Gaurav is the Co-Founder and the CEO of the company. He is having more than 20 yrs of experience and has worked with organisations like Zeta, Matchmove, MasterCard, Amex and ICICI Bank.

Himanshu Agrawal - Himanshu is the Co-Founder and the Head of Technology. He is from IIT Kanpur and has more than 14 yrs of experience working with organisations like Amazon and DE Shaw.

Puneet Sharma - Puneet is the Co-Founder and the Head of Product. He is from IIT Roorkee and has more than 10 years of experience working with organisations like BharatPe, Avail Finance
