Job Summary:
The Data Analyst will turn raw data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization. If you enjoy spotting patterns, building dashboards, and telling stories with numbers.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources (internal systems, databases, third-party tools).

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support strategic business decisions.

Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and translate them into clear analytical solutions.

Create and maintain documentation on data sources, processes, and methodologies.

Present findings in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Assist in the development and maintenance of KPIs, metrics, and reporting tools.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.

Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Power BI

Experience with data wrangling tools or languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills — ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:

Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL methodologies, database creation and management of servers/DBs

Knowledge of statistical methods or predictive modeling.

Experience with EHR data and CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, Kipu, AdvancedMD).
