JOB SUMMARY: The Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decision-making. This role focuses on transforming raw data into accurate, timely, and actionable reports and dashboards that help stakeholders track performance, identify trends, and improve outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Analysis

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources

• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets

• Perform ad hoc analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives

Reporting & Dashboards

• Design, build, and maintain recurring reports and dashboards

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports

• Translate complex data into clear, concise insights for non-technical

• Stakeholders

Business Support

• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and KPI’s

• Provide recommendations based on data findings

• Support forecasting, performance tracking, and goal measurement

Data Management & Quality

• Monitor data integrity and resolve data discrepancies

• Document data definitions, metrics, and reporting logic

• Support data governance and best practices

Tools & Automation

• Improve reporting efficiency through automation and process optimization

• Maintain and enhance existing reporting tools and workflows

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting

• Strong SQL skills

• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate data insights clearly

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Python or R

• Experience with data warehouses and ETL processes

• Knowledge of business intelligence best practices

• Experience working with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with KPI development and performance measurement
