<Duties>
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other BI tools to communicate findings clearly and compellingly.
- Collaborate within Agile project teams to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver timely analytics solutions aligned with business goals.
- Design and optimize database structures using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and database design principles to support efficient data retrieval and storage.
- Conduct business analysis by understanding stakeholder needs, translating them into technical specifications, and delivering actionable insights.
- Manage projects through the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), ensuring smooth planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of analytics solutions.
- Utilize scripting languages like VBA and Bash (Unix shell) for automation tasks to streamline data workflows.
- Support data integration efforts by working with Linked Data concepts and tools like Talend or Visio for process modeling.
- Assist in the development of analysis models using analysis skills across various datasets to identify trends, anomalies, or opportunities for improvement.
<Experience>
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong background in data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in SQL programming for querying relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with BI visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and tools like Talend or custom scripting in Python or Bash for data pipeline management.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies within Agile environments for project management.
- Strong understanding of database design principles and experience working with linked data concepts.
- Experience with business analysis techniques to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
