At Veryon we develop and regularly enhance the advanced technology that runs the maintenance tracking, inventory management, and flight operations tools for flight departments across the globe. Our products alleviate flight disruptors and add control and efficiency to the process, so flight departments can safely accept as many missions as possible.

We are looking for motivated, hard-working Onboarding Data Analysts (OA) to be responsible for the successful onboarding of new aircraft onto the Veryon Tracking system using various types of aircraft maintenance compliance documentation. This position requires working with senior analysts to verify and/or request additional information as necessary as well as data analysis of extensive, complex data sets. A thorough review of information is required to verify the accuracy of records. This position also requires collaboration with multiple departments, primarily Quality Assurance and Senior Onboarding Analysts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to learn quickly, is extremely deadline driven, and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This individual should be solution-driven and be comfortable identifying problems and solving them with urgency.

What You’ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives

Objective #1

In your first 30 days, develop a good understanding of Veryon Tracking onboarding process and be familiarized with relevant tooling.

? Demo and become a competent user of the Veryon Tracking Enterprise platform.

? Begin familiarizing with the onboarding process, terminology, abbreviations, etc.

? Successfully onboard six new accounts onto our system.

Objective #2

In your first 60 days, onboard new and increasing variety of aircraft types

? Onboard three aircraft/week of varying makes/models.

? Identify discrepancies in the data sets provided.

? Utilize and update Salesforce to track the onboarding process for each client and each aircraft.

Objective #3

In your first 90 days, gain efficiency and onboard more complex aircraft types

? Expand your knowledge in different enrollment types and their difficulty levels.

Who We’re Looking For - The Personal Competencies That Matter

Strong Problem Solvers/Analytical Thinkers: The right person for this job has strong problem-solving skills and data analysis abilities. They will be able to verify usability and completeness of documentation provided, ensuring it meets current standards to enroll the aircraft properly. They will be able to analyze customer maintenance reports to identify discrepancies amongst extensive, complex data sets. Including identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends and/or patterns.

Project Management, Organizational Planning & Execution: The best OA will have excellent project and time management skills. They will do exceptionally well at multitasking and juggling several tasks and deadlines at once, with a seamless path of prioritizing their schedule. The OA will be responsible for maintaining their own queue, so they must excel at planning, executing, and closing all projects on or before deadlines.

Personality & Interpersonal Skills: Success in this role requires emotional agility. The OA must be able to work well with a wide variety of personalities and roles. They need to be able to clearly communicate with team members of various backgrounds to effectively deliver information pertaining to onboarding and customer expectations. They must thrive working in a high-volume, demanding environment with a wide variety of projects and a growing customer base.

They have a collaborative mindset and drive to work well with team members from all departments and contribute to reaching shared goals. This candidate should be comfortable monitoring current processes and utilizing tools; be innovative and communicate externally and internally to enhance current and future integrations and improvements to the team.

Attention to Detail - In the day-to-day responsibilities of the Data Analyst, precision is paramount. Migrating data accurately requires a meticulous approach to detail. Ensuring data integrity and completeness hinges on the analyst's ability to thoroughly review and validate each piece of information. Attention to detail is crucial for identifying inconsistencies, errors, or irregularities in the data migration process, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality and error-free results.
