Data Analyst

We're looking to add a mid-senior level Data Analyst to our Insights team. You'll be the go-to brain on cross-channel performance for a set of accounts: building measurement frameworks, translating data into stories clients can act on, and driving testing that moves the KPIs we actually care about. You'll partner closely with Strategy, Media, and Creative, & report into the VP of Insights & Strategy.

What you'll do:

• Assist in building measurement frameworks and learning agendas; define paid media success metrics, including incrementality/lift
• Analyze campaign data to spot trends/anomalies and turn them into clear implications, hypotheses, and next steps
• Synthesize cross-platform performance into a single, coherent client view; develop and maintain cross-channel benchmarks
• Bring a data-driven POV to planning, partnering with Strategy, Media, and Creative on optimization
• Craft client-ready narratives with sharp visuals and tight reporting; present findings and refine based on feedback
• Design and run A/B, multivariate, incrementality, and brand lift tests tied to strategic questions
• Ensure clean setup, methodological integrity, and reliable data capture; quantify incremental impact into roadmaps/playbooks
• Operate the craft: use data platforms for reporting/QA with rigor; leverage AI daily (LLMs for docs, anomaly detection, prompt workflows); support vendor assessments and close learning gaps
  
  

What you'll bring:

• 4–6 years in marketing/performance analytics (agency or in-house) with cross-channel exposure
• Fluency in core paid media metrics, incrementality concepts, and how they ladder to business outcomes
• Strong Excel (lookups, pivots); familiarity with BI tools (Looker Studio a plus)
• Comfort wrangling data, finding the "so what," and recommending practical next moves
• Client-facing storytelling chops: concise, visual, and focused on impact
• Curiosity, bias for action, and pride in getting the numbers right
  
  

Perks, Salary & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - 100,000 USD. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and any potential offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process.
