Data Analyst

On-Site | 4 Days in Office + Fridays Remote

We're looking for a hands-on Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing BI team. You'll build and maintain Power BI dashboards, write complex SQL across our data warehouse, and develop automated pipelines that turn ERP data into actionable insights. You'll collaborate with global stakeholders across the US, Israel, Mexico, and Europe to support KPI reporting, master data governance, and AI-driven initiatives.

What will you do?

• Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and views across a medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) on SQL Server
• Build and optimize Power BI dashboards and data models, including DAX measures and Power Query transformations
• Support ETL pipeline development and maintenance using Azure Data Factory
• Perform data analysis across sales, operations, procurement, and engineering to surface trends and support strategic decisions
• Execute data quality, validation, and master data governance processes across ERP systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to translate business requirements into data solutions
• Contribute to AI and advanced analytics initiatives
• Create and maintain technical and business-facing documentation

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on T-SQL experience (CTEs, stored procedures, performance tuning)
• Proficiency in Power BI: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report design
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts (dimensional modeling, ETL, layered architectures)
• Experience with automotive aftermarket master data (fitment data, parts interchange, catalog architecture) is a strong plus
• Background in industrial manufacturing (production, BOMs, work orders) preferred
• Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced global environment
