Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded Data Analyst to support our growing B2B retail business. In this role, you’ll analyze sales performance across chain store partners, uncover actionable insights, and help drive data-informed decisions across sales, merchandising, and operations.
Duties
- Analyze sell-in and sell-through data across multiple chain store accounts
- Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as revenue, inventory turns, margins, and promotional performance
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across products, regions, and retail partners
- Support account teams with data-driven insights for business reviews and client presentations
- Develop forecasting models to improve demand planning and inventory management
- Partner with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams to optimize assortment and pricing strategies
- Clean, validate, and manage large datasets from internal systems and retail partners (e.g., POS, EDI feeds)
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Familiarity with retail metrics such as sell-through, inventory turnover, and category performance
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights
