About the Role:
Reef Holding is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support the Administrative Operations function by transforming data into accurate, actionable insights that support decision-making, improve performance, enhance operational efficiency, and track the achievement of business objectives. This role focuses on analyzing data and developing reports and dashboards that strengthen planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement across the organization.
The role will oversee data analysis activities including data collection, reporting, dashboard development, and performance tracking. The Data Analyst will work closely with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead data collection and analysis:
Collect data from various systems and analyze it based on business requirements.
Identify trends, patterns, and gaps to support performance improvement.
Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and operational performance.
Develop reports and dashboards:
Prepare periodic reports on performance and approved key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop interactive dashboards to support monitoring and decision-making.
Ensure timely delivery of reports and dashboards with high levels of accuracy and clarity.
Ensure data quality and consistency:
Validate data accuracy and resolve inconsistencies across different sources.
Collaborate with internal teams to unify data sources.
Support continuous improvement of data quality and reporting practices.
Support planning and analytical initiatives:
Support forecasting and planning activities based on historical data.
Support analytical projects and improvement initiatives.
Document analysis methodologies and reporting processes to ensure continuity.
Collaborate across teams:
Work closely with operations and relevant departments to support data needs.
Ensure alignment between data insights and business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
0–2 years of relevant experience.
Strong ability to extract and analyze data.
Proficiency in dashboard design.
Understanding of digital consumer behavior.
Ability to communicate effectively with e-commerce teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Training in Google Analytics.
Experience with user experience tracking tools.
Knowledge of e-commerce data analysis.
Languages:
Arabic – English
