Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with product and segment teams to craft a strategic roadmap, streamline requirements, and oversee the design, development, and deployment of comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards

· Execute the process of gathering, refining, and operating data from diverse sources, meticulously ensuring its precision and dependability

· Conduct pre and post-launch evaluations of diverse products and services within the consumer department. Deliver comprehensive assessments and offer strategic recommendations for enhancing and refining these offerings to drive continuous improvement

· Conducting in-depth exploratory analysis and hypothesis testing to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains across various domains

· Design and deploy automated, interactive dashboards tailored to empower management, product owners, and segment leaders. These dashboards aim to deliver vital insights and facilitate informed decision-making, thereby driving actionable outcomes


Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, or related field.

· Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience within the telecommunications sector.

· Solid understanding of telecom business processes

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

· Proven ability to translate data findings into strategic business recommendations
